Here is a list of the possible issues with school data from their MIS. In the majority of cases, these can be solved by the school amending the data appropriately from within their MIS. The best way to do this is to Export the list of issues for the school and email it to them.

| Unknown Gender | Our system doesn’t recognise this gender description. If you think that the gender specified should be recognised, then please contact perspectivesupport@angelsolutions.co.uk. |
| Duplicate Student? | This student has the same name & DOB as another. If they are duplicated, please get the school to combine the record. If they're different students, ignore this. |
| Duplicate UPN | One or more students are already using this UPN. One of the records will need to be corrected or removed from within the MIS. |

| Missing UPN | The UPN should be 13 characters long & match the DfE’s requirements. Please get the school to update the UPN to conform to the DfE requirements documented here. |
| Missing Ethnicity | Our system requires a valid ethnicity. See DfE documentation here |
