Bulk editing KPIs provides a quick and efficient way to update KPI grades for multiple schools in one go. Instead of editing each school individually, you can apply changes across your chosen schools in just a few clicks.

This is especially useful when several schools need the same KPI grade update at once, you want to keep data consistent across your trust, or you’re making large-scale changes and want to save time

By using the bulk edit function, you can streamline the process of keeping KPIs accurate and up to date, ensuring your school list reflects the most current information without unnecessary admin work.

How to Bulk Edit KPIs

Navigate to Analysis > KPIs. From the 'Data to Visualise' drop-down menu, select School List.

Choose a KPI Set
At the top of the School List view, select the KPI Set you wish to update (e.g., Accounts & Numbers). This determines which KPIs you’ll be editing.

Click Bulk Edit KPIs
On the right-hand side of the page, click the Bulk Edit KPIs button to open the bulk editing screen.

Select the KPI to Change
From the dropdown menu, pick the KPI you want to update..

Select Schools
Tick the checkboxes beside the schools you wish to update. You can:

Select schools individually, or use the Select All option to include every school in the list.

Choose a New Grade
In the Change to Grade dropdown, select the new grade or value you want to assign.

Apply the Update
Once you’ve chosen your KPI, selected your schools, and picked the grade, click Bulk Edit KPIs to save your changes.
