KPI Sets are groups of KPIs which can be set up to provide vital indicators for focused analysis and decision-making. KPI Sets transform individual KPIs into specific sets, giving actionable intelligence to drive meaningful improvements across the trust.

KPI Sets are groups of individual KPIs in your Observatory account. To create a set, you must have some defined KPIs in the system already.

Quick Steps

  1. Ensure your MAT has KPIs.
  2. Navigate to Settings.
  3. Click KPI Sets.
  4. From here, you can add, edit or delete your KPI Sets.

New KPI Set

To create a new KPI Set, click the Settings cog icon, then KPI Sets, before selecting New KPI Set.

To add an existing KPI, click Existing KPI. You will be presented with a pop-up of all pre-defined KPIs in your account, which you can add to this set. Select the desired existing KPI from the drop-down and click the Add Existing KPI to Template button to confirm.

To add the KPI Set to a Layout, click Add/Remove under Layouts and select or unselect the relevant Layout(s).
